19 Days, No Glasses: My Online Shopping Nightmare & Warning! ⚠️
My online shopping experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a stark warning to others. I am utterly disgusted because they are a terrible company. I ordered glasses on March 30th, desperate after my old ones broke, and paid for express shipping, which was supposed to be 3-5 days. Day 5 rolled around, and my order was still in production. Day 10, still stuck. On Day 11, I had to call to ask for a shipping refund, which I eventually received for the express fee, but my glasses were still 6 days out on delivery. Now, it's Day 19, and I still have no glasses! I had to engage with customer service again, demanding to know why my order is so incredibly delayed and where my glasses are.
Customer: I am calling again about order #XXXXX. I already got a refund for the express shipping because you completely failed to deliver in 3-5 days. But it's now Day 19, and I still have no glasses! What is going on?

Customer: Frustration doesn't even begin to cover it. I was told they were "6 days out" days ago, and they're still not here. This is ridiculous. I paid for these glasses almost three weeks ago because my old ones broke.
