Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because frankly, I’m out $300 for a pair of glasses that are completely useless to me. I purchased a pair of Oakley glasses for over $300, but the prescription was ground incorrectly in one eye. It’s infuriating when the expensive Oakley glasses I purchased had a blurry left eye due to the incorrect grinding, especially after I struggled with their virtually non-existent customer service, navigating endless menus on the phone and a useless chat box. This is why I called.
